VION is a great place to begin your career. In addition to local opportunities, we also have a 2-year International Graduate Programme, which is called Experience. Experience gives you the chance to work in different VION divisions located in countries across the globe. Our aim is to develop a pool of young people who are internationally minded and have the potential and capability to become senior leaders within VION. How far you go is dependent upon your performance and your development during the programme. We are looking for ‘high-flyers’ to pioneer this programme, who will also, through feedback, ensure that the scheme remains relevant and challenging for the future.
