Within Technology you are at the centre of our innovations process. Either in a process technologist role, within our Ingredients division, or in food technologist role in one of our Food divisions. Examples of innovation are meat products with lower salt and fat content, and our gelatine-based products that contribute to healthy joints and that help to improve skin health. In partnership with customers and suppliers, we develop market concepts that satisfy consumer demands for improved animal welfare and sustainable production.

Our IT department plays an important role in achieving operational excellence in our operations. Our IT people ensure we have the tools at our disposal to keep our operations running as smoothly as possible. We are looking for people that understand our business needs and that can translate these into IT solutions. Technical skills are important, as well as the insights that can take our technological platform forward.
